Works okay. Good for support but is very hot to sleep in, and the velcro can be very annoying as it gets stuck to fabric. Seemed like it needed adjusted constantly. I had to ditch it halfway into the second trimester. Good for saving space and travel, though.

This was great when I was smaller. As I got bigger the corner of the velcroed pillow kinda stabbed me in the side and the half pillow by itself is a little too small to be effective on my 9 month bellow but it definitely helped me sleep better for a while. It is supportive. Just now equipped for the full length of the pregnancy.

My husband and I really love this pillow. We are both side sleepers, and we each ended up using one of the small side pillows between our legs for extra comfort and support.
