Seasonings and Sea Salt Bundle By Chef Nick DiGiovanni (Pack of 5)

I have always enjoyed cooking. My son grew up watching me make my staple dishes. I used St. Elmo’s seasoning on my steak, burgers, meatloaf, green beans, and in my chicken pot pie, but it has become challenging to find. Recently, my son began watching Nick’s videos on YouTube. He pitched Osmo well, explaining the natural ingredients since he knows I value that, and curating a list of videos for us to watch. He suggested I try Osmo as an upgrade for St. Elmo’s (that he grew up eating.) I gave Osmo a chance, and I am glad that I did. The Butcher’s Rub plus sea salt is amazing on burgers and steaks cooked Gibbs style in the fireplace. The Coastal Catch is nice mixed with a little brown sugar on trout and salmon. The herby Garden Harvest is great on asparagus, green beans, and potatoes. I have not quite figured out how best to use the Golden Gourmet seasoning for chicken, but it smells wonderful. The best part about Osmo is that my son watches Nick’s videos and wants me to help him learn to cook. As he grows up, Paw Patrol, rocks, and matchbox cars no longer serve as ways for us to spend meaningful time together, but cooking may be our new thing. Thanks Nick, for being a great chef, businessman, and a cool example for preteen guys!

Our 8 year old loves Nick DiGiovanni and asked for these for his birthday. We obliged, thinking it was cute. He helped prepare a meal and wanted to use these... and wow. They are REALLY good. We keep them out of the kitchen so as not to use them all up (they are a gift to him, afterall)... but we sneak in some use. Really good, really flavorful. The salt especially. I wouldn't consider myself a "foodie" and always thought salt was salt - but this flaky salt, so good! Will definitely be replenishing these.

Love these seasonings! My grandsons love the flavors particularly the veggie seasoning. Highly recommend!

The flavors are all very good. Specifically the flakey salt is amazing which is why I would recommend the full set. I use the fish seasoning all the time it's very good. My only critique is the seasonings all contain salt so you can't control the salt level yourself. Besides that the flavors are good. These are high quality seasoning blends.

I bought te Season collection, did not know that there was a beef seasoningm as do not eat red meat, will give to my son. Got, Vegetable, fish/seafood, chicken and steak, Have used all except the steak and am quite happy with the flaors.

When one of your hobbies, no matter what age you are brings you into the kitchen it’s a whole new world of discovery example if you have a family of four, no two taste buds are going to be exactly the same so it is up to you to cook to be creative. I used to add salt to my recipes as prescribed by the creator but after a while, I left the salt on the kitchen table with the family take it as needed, and I found Chef. Giovanni spices here are a few well thought out combination spices it just doesn’t give you one spice to be compatible with your taste buds. It gives one or two extra very exciting. A favorite meal of mine in New England is lobster salad on a hotdog toasted roll in addition to mayonnaise for a cold sandwich approach. I like his garlic taste as an addition although I think you could utilize either one of the five it’s nice to know that the spice of your choice is always in your cupboard at a moments notice. All of these Osmo seasonings took our dinners to the next level. We used the seafood seasoning on salmon. Some family members who don’t normally eat salmon loved it. The steak seasoning is amazing also. We are trying the chicken and vegetable seasonings next. We highly recommend the pack with all of the different seasonings.

So the ingredients was no where to be found in the page before purchasing. If you are vegan or have any food restrictions the chicken spice has chicken powder or something similar to it. The rest of the spices are fine but still they are not very clean ingredients
