Arctic Farms Freeze-Dried Ice That Doesn't Melt (Neapolitan, 28 g)

I have such a sweet tooth, and these Arctic Farms Neapolitan freeze-dried ice cream bites were right up my alley! I love regular ice cream, so I was excited to try something a little different, and these certainly satisfied my craving for something sweet! The package contains a combination of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla flavors, just like traditional Neapolitan ice cream. What makes these so much fun is that they’re freeze-dried, so instead of being cold and creamy like regular ice cream, they’re little lightweight, crunchy bites that you can enjoy without needing a freezer. I really enjoyed having all three flavors together. The strawberry adds a nice fruity sweetness, the chocolate gives you that familiar rich dessert flavor, and the vanilla balances everything out. I remember trying space ice cream as a sixth grader when we go on field trips to Bays Mountain Planetarium. This taste just same, it’s actually pretty good. I wanted to get something neat for my 7 and 8 yr old Nieces and they thought it was pretty cool, so mission accomplished.

This freeze dried ice cream is the little dessert I dream of. The texture is perfect and the flavor is decadent. I only wish it was more affordable. If it were, I'd order it in bulk!
