Absolutely nothing sticks to this stuff. Even when burnt on. Seems as durable as more expensive cookware we’ve had in the past. We have 6 pots and pans by Pricusis and wish they made a 2 burner griddle. To keep the shipping box small, you have to attach the handles. So they provide a good quality phillips screwdriver.

I purchased this 8" pan for making my breakfast eggs. After researching ceramic pans, I found they are highly rated cooking pans but find them very pricey in big stores. I found this one on Amazon & reasonably priced. It comes with a pull tie cover for storing & a high end screwdriver to attach the handle after unpacking. My eggs need little to no butter to keep from sticking and cleanup is easy. I wipe with a paper towel while warm, then sudsy wash after pan has cooled, as shown in instruction guide. It heats quickly & evenly on my electric burners which is important because some pans cannot be used on electric. I love this pan so much I purchased another in 10" to sear/fry meats like chicken & chops. I highly recommend these pans and would buy again if ever needed. Well worth the price!

I LOVE this pan so much I named him-Peter, of course. I have never liked a pan more. It is so easy to clean, nothing sticks to it, the handle stays cool. Also, a unique feature is there is no screw in the inside of the pan so nothing gets stuck around the screw like other pans. Very reasonable price for such a kitchen tool!

It is definitely nonstick. It didn't come with a lid. A very nice pan, but i would not want a set of these pans.

I needed a cheap pan, and this one seemed to meet that criteria. But.......I received a much nicer pan than I was expecting. It arrived in premium packaging packed in a reusable drawstring bag. This would come in handy if you were taking the pan camping, or it could be used for other things. Secondly, it cam with a full size screwdriver similar in quality to a decent tool from a hardware store. The was a real surprise. Assembled in about 30 seconds by tightening one screw. Pan is more heavily constructed than other pans I've owned at similar price points. Upon first use I can confirm it non-stick properties and even heat distribution. The sides are higher than many other similar pans and I like that a lot. It is also shaped for easy flipping if you feel the urge. Handle is soft and cool to the touch, and shaped very nicely. I'm super impressed. But no lid, just so you know.

I waited to write a review because skillets usually begin to stick after a short period of time. I've used this skillet nearly every day since I purchased it and it's still non stick!!! I followed the instructions that came with it and it still looks brand new. It's the perfect size for frying an egg to making pancakes. It cleans up easily which is a plus for me.

Heats up? Warps instantly. Sits flat? Nope, it wobbles like a seesaw. Bonus feature? Leaks rusty water through the bottom, so all your other pans get stained too. It’s less a frying pan, more a kitchen prank. Save your money.
