The delivered package was horrible. There was a hole in the very heavy box. Door parts were into damaged at all. Appears that the hardware fell out. I emailed the company and they were immediately responsive and sent a hardware package to me within 3 days. My door was about 2 inches shorter than the opening space (96’). Technically I need a door measuring 98’ for a perfect fit. I anticipated this when ordering the door. I saved a few hundred doors adding wood to the bottom of the door and it doesn’t make a noticeable difference. It is an elegant and simple looking door. You cannot see through the glass. I would recommend this door.

You get what you pay for. Cheap, ugly, and flimsy… a lot like my ex-wife.
