The product works but is intermittent. It causes the screen to blank periodically, which is very annoying. This is in spite of providing power directly to it. The USB ports sometimes need to be 'refreshed' by removing and inserting the USB (for keyboard and mouse) again.

I'm surprised this product has high ratings. This docking station is not worth the money. If you like your screen to BLACK OUT more than 10 times per hours, go for it. You have to get a high quality docking station to eliminate the black out issues, specially with games. Sorry, but this product is no good.

My laptop has the lightning bolt on the usb c, but when I detect displays, none detected. Waste of money.

The ports don't line up with the holes in the case. And the case is misaligned along the bottom, as well as the entire edge around the bottom is sharp. The USB-C and audio ports on the side are so out of alignment that you can't plug anything into them. That also includes the main (host) port, making the entire thing worthless. Not to mention this thing is a huge safety hazard with how sharp the bottom edge is. I have bought kitchen knives that came with a duller edge than this thing has.

I bought this almost 2 months ago, and it is having issues more and more frequently. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting while it is plugged in, so that my keyboard, mouse, and monitor don't work temporarily. I wish I could return it, but since it's been more than a month I guess I am just out of luck.
