Great book for a beginner
I've been a land lord for 34 years. I purchased the 5th edition of this book many years ago and found it very helpful. This version I found to vague, anything really complicated, which every land lord will eventually face they refer you your local authorities. Not really helpful. Does have some good forms and basic advise. Great book for a beginner.

I'm getting ready to rent out my bottom unit in my home, and after reading chapter one, It's true the authors give you a lot of information. Also, they supply a link to access more updated and current information!

Not like their older versions
I tried to get into their website but wouldn’t let me download any forms. I even sent them proof of purchase. Good informations but if your looking for forms to download or tear out it’s not worth it.
