I use this flour for all of my baking needs. The consistency is great for traditional bread and banana bread. Firm texture but light at the same time.

I never choose anything but King Arthur. The bag is a good size for the price - you get what you pay for. The quality is always top notch with very smooth consistency and texture. Anything I make always turns out great. The flour is like a cloud and so pillowy all of my baked goods turn out the same.

Whether you are making gravy, cookies or quiche this is the flour to use. I was amazed at how creamy and delicious the quiche was when I added two tablespoons of this flour to the eggs and cream mixture. When I make gravy I simply melt two tablespoons of butter and add two tablespoons of this flour, then whisk a bit. Then I add 1 cup of water plus 1 teaspoon Better than Bouillon chicken base. Then add in some poultry seasoning, freshly ground peppercorns and a little sprinkling of paprika. My husband now asks me to make quiche and he really enjoys the gravy even more than before. This flour makes everything taste better. I got two more bags! ~The Rebecca Review P.S. The only thing this hasn't worked in is corn muffins. For some reason they just crumble when you try to eat them. I'm going back to the regular all purpose flour I get for that recipe!

Even though this flour cost more,it was worth the cost. I made biscuits with it and my stomach didn't bloat at all and I ate three of them. That was a great plus for me. Will be buying again.
