What are the exact ingredients in this and why is there not a picture or label showing this basic info? I shouldn't have to ask this btw.

Silica Gold has 3.0% soluble silicon guaranteed, though the actual amount is between 3.3-3.4%.  There are two sources for the silica:
1. Organosilicates from plant extracts - quick release silicon
2. Micro-chelated filmic acid chelated potassium silicate - steady release silicon

Question 2

Is this actually organic? I bought some based on the heading and what was advertised, but there is no organic certification on the container anywhere.

We use 100% Organic certified inputs and processed to make Silica Gold.  We are in the certification process now and we should be certified within the next few months, but rest assured it is made 100% Organic.

How often should i spray my plants with this?

This product is most effective as a media nutrient, its purpose is to allow cell structures to enhance and make a stronger structure, it is believed to enhance the flowering qualities also.  Silica is not absorbed easily, it requires another additive to help it absorb more fully. Keep in mind even though it is fully soluble, it isn't for root up take, only some will be taken in by the root system, the rest will turn to a salt residue and you will have to do a full flushing within a week or two. Stout MSA is an additive that will work for you and you can bypass the Silica Gold or use them together, I use them together, just use a little less of each. Stout MSA description is as follows: Alchemist Stout MSA - Mono-silicic acid for plants. 
Monosilicic acid (H4SiO4 aka ortho-silicic acid), the form found in Stout™ MSA, is the most bioavailable form of silicon. Stout™ MSA is immediately available to your plants and is stable over a larger pH range when compared to other silicon sources like potassium or sodium silicates (ex: will not gel under acidic conditions). This allows for more predictable delivery of silicon to your plants' tissues, which is important since silicon is immobile and therefore needs to be constantly supplied for maximum results. Stout™ MSA increases stem and leaf strength allowing the plant to better support dense flowers and fruits. Available silicon is also well documented to alleviate stress from heat, drought and frost damage. User-friendly application rates of 5 mL / 1 teaspoon per gallon makes it easier to use with dossers and injectors. Hope this help you.

cannot open the top...have used several times but didn't lock it again and now I can't use it! Any hints before I destroy the nearly full bottle?

Lol yeah that happens time to time. I  treat it like a children's top press down hard and turn @ the same time. It's still a struggle it comes but it's a struggle
