Finally found something to help with my gut issues. I have Hashimoto disease and had issues with my GI for sometime. Before I starting taking this, my gut was so bad that there was times I just didnot want to eat anything because of getting bloated or constipation. Once I started taking these, took about 3 days and the bloating stop! Conscription no longer as an issue. I have lost 3 lbs so far but it’s only been a month on them. I take the recommended dose at dinner. I take my thyroid medication in the morning when I wake up. I have no side effects, just helps with my GI track. This purchase was the best purchase I’ve made for my issues.

I’ve had a positive experience with Super Enzymes. Taking one capsule with larger or heavier meals seems to help reduce bloating and that overly full feeling after eating. The formula includes enzymes to help break down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and I noticed digestion feels smoother. I will buy again.

They have helped me greatly. I don't have a gallbladder and have a lot of food sensitives but live on a tight budget so these are the best I've found for the money. I take them with every meal now and it has minimizing my belly pains.

1 week of using these. 1 or 2 per meal. Relieved bloated feeling in 1-2 hours. Usually buy Pancreatin or Wholesome brand. Coparable to those.

These work wonders! Especially if you don’t have a gallbladder! So glad I came across these and all the other MicroIngredients products! I wish I could afford one of each of their products! This MicroIngredients product is non-GMO, gluten free, third party tested, and made in the USA. Not much more I can ask for!! Love everything I have tried so far! If you have had your gallbladder removed and know the struggle that comes with that, you should definitely give these a try!

I HIGHLY recommend this supplement !! When you start to take these supplements, your digestive track could growl like two Grizzly bears wrestling in a cave. Do not worry, this is only temporary. Another side effect is the possibility of loose stools, again, this also will pass in a short time. On the good to great side, you will notice an increase in energy that lasts all day, along with better digestion in an easy to take supplement. This supplement is very effective in helping not only digestion, but in the absorption of nutrients within the digestive system.

I use this supplement daily to help with my digestion. It seems to help & I will probably buy it again.
