Makes excellent paella
I bought this for my first foray into making paella, and was very pleased. I wanted just a small bag of rice to see if we actually like this variety (we’re a foodie family with strong opinions on different types of rice; I don’t think normal people care as much about different rice varieties as we do, lol). This was excellent in paella. I have not tried it yet in other dishes, but we all found the flavor and texture to be excellent and it was easy to cook with.
