初代XboxのHDDを大容量のものに変えるために購入。 80芯のIDEケーブルかつケーブル長のあるものは少ないので助かります。 でもちょいと価格が高すぎませんかね。

オリジナルXboxの調子が悪くなったので分解とグリス塗り替え、ケーブル交換を実施してみました。ついでによく問題を起こすコンデンサーも交換。何とか動くようになったものの、まだ完全復活は難しいようです。

If you want to swap your og xbox hdd with a larger sata you need this, and a sata to ide adapter. Its actually 2 inches longer than the regular xbox cable (24” vs 22”), the other cheap brands are 18” and not very good. Get ‘em while you can, these aren’t manufactured anymore and getting rare, I ordered a spare for the future, you should too if you mod systems!

It work on my OG Xbox with the IDE adapter 40 pin 80 wire but it’s crazy I use the cable inside the Xbox try out with the WD 1TB HDD using IDE adapter with out the 40 pin 80 wire I did clone it as well. It works, but soon I turn it back on I did get the error and told myself it didn’t work so I wait until I get this until I put the Xbox back together and try it out one more time to see what happened and it popped up the Microsoft name and it show my storage. I did not know how I got lucky but it works but I make sure to buy this just in case if I get a error again thanks even though I don’t know this happened to everyone else OG Xbox using the cables inside

Works as intended. Expensive but not many options for this length I got this to install a 2TB SATA HDD into my original Xbox console. Works perfectly with this and a Startech SATA to IDE adapter.

Just like the review with the photo, im a xbox owner upgrading and used this ide cable and his review image to better understand how he ran the ide cable. Just as his, the cable was backwards to the xbox's. Adding to what the review picture shows, the area between the disc drive and the mainboard requires some ginger folding and coiling as you sit the drive back in the case but installed and is working perfectly and corrected my service error which i was warned could happen even if chimp is successful if i dont upgrade the 40 wire to this 80 wire. Hope this helps the next person as well.
