I bought these tool adapters so I could use a CB09 in my Cameo 4 pro. they work wonderfully BUT only if you find a CB09 with a thin diameter that fits into the tool adapters. I bought 3 diff CB09 brands and only one was the correct size for the adapters. SEE PICS I bought the EVISWIY CB09 and 2 other brands and the EVISWIY was the only one that would fit in the tool adapter so I could use it in my Cameo 4! It fits perfectly in the gray colored adapter from Silhouette. The gray adapter then fits into the Cameo 4 and it cuts so much better than the Auto blade! It actually will fit in all the Silhouette Cameo 4 tool adapters. I haven't tried cutting with any of the other adapters yet, but it fits them ok. An adapter must be used in the Cameo 4!!! I have the Cameo 4 Pro, but all Cameo 4's are the same. I set up this blade holder using the Ratchet Blade setting in the Silhouette software and that seems to work just fine. I watched a few YouTube videos to learn how to adjust the depth of the blade and after that it cut like a charm! (A very tiny amount is all it takes to extend out) I'm new to cutting with a cutting machine so I had no idea how to set up blade depth, but just watch some videos and you can practice cut on cardstock (b/c its cheaper) and you can figure it out! I'm a great grandma and if I can figure it out anyone can! lol The EVISWIY was the only blade holder that will fit in any of the tool adapters for the Cameo 4 the other cb09 brands are all too big and you can't get the tool adapter to close around the metal housing of the cb09 blade. SEE PICs Pics are of one of the other brands showing how adapter won't close around the housing, and also this CB09 brand and how will it fits in most of the tool adapters. The other brand I tried to sand the aluminum down to get it to fit but I need to do a little more sanding to get it to work.
