I've never had an issue with missing pieces or poster. I have absolutely thought there was a missing piece but I always end up finding it on the floor or in or under couch after its been put away!

We love this puzzle! The individual items in the puzzle make it user friendly but the unique shapes of the pieces also add a fun challenge. Having the poster in the box makes it easier to see the picture and allows multiple people to work on the puzzle together. The photo is high quality, the pieces are sturdy, and it came ready to assemble. No wiggling pieces apart! We haven’t finished it yet but really enjoy it. Already itching to start another one by this company!

This is a GREAT and sturdy puzzle. It was challenging which I love about puzzles for so very satisfying to complete. I loved that the pieces were all different shapes and sizes. Bonus was the poster that was included. Would definitely purchase from this manufacturer again.
