Is there pesticides used in growing this popcorn?

YES. The manufacturer told me directly that it is NOT organic and that they use “FDA approved pesticides.” There ya go.

can this be used easily in Hot Air popcorn popper? i know the very small kernels will pop out of popper before popping.....thxs

I love the Amish Country White Popcorn Medium. You are right, some of the kernels do pop out of the popper before popping. I have solved that problem by sprinkling some yellow kernel popcorn on top before popping since it is larger and heavier.

Can you use this popcorn in the microwave?

Nobody told me not to use it in a microwave and I had ordered a Cuisinart Silicone popper at the same time to try it out. It popped fine for me with only 12-15 kernals left unpopped. About the same as I experienced with commercial popcorn bags. It's light and fluffy with small husks . I spray the popped corn with a butter flavored, almost calorie free, spray and shake a small a amount of plain table salt on it. I don't recommend using a brown paper lunch bag in the microwave with any type of corn kernals. I tried it and almost set the kitchen on fire. Scary!

Is this product grown organically? i don't care about usda certification if the growing process is organic.

It is "natural" "GMO" free , no additives. It is "organic" in that it grows as an organism naturally. Is it certified organic, NO, it is not. I guess it depends on your definition of "organic".
