Hi! Here are the Cheesoning ingredients, Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Rosemary, Cumin, Yellow Mustard, Parsley, Lemon peel, Orange Peel, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Parmesan, Pasteurized cow's milk, calcium propionate, salt, cheese culture, enzymes, Powder cellulose

I noticed mustard seed in the ingredients. I do NOT like mustard...will i be able to detect it?

I don't think you can taste it... I don't know how strong your pallet is.. All there seasoning is Great!

Does Danos cheesoning come in 20 oz. containers?

I only found it in 2.6 and 7.6 oz containers. Hope this helps.

"Spices" is that generic for MSG ?

I don’t think it has MSG in it because I can’t eat anything yMSG in it. I would be running to the restroom in 30min after I ate it. The spices seem to be similar in each of the different seasonings. We have bought and used all of the Dan-o seasonings.
