They recommend 6 uses only.If that is 'industry standard' they IMO, much of the competition meet this criteria.I see comment complaints of rings not lasting.Price is for one ring.Based on this ring from a respected brand name, I will be, in time, ordering from most of the competitoin as well.Technical: The smaller of the fat ones: good flex so it's easier to get off and pardon the pun, not stop it either. :)
