Healthy and taste great.
I have tried the IQ bars in all flavors. And they are so delicious and healthy. This flavor you cannot find in stores and only on Amazon. It’s delicious too. I like that it is only 12 grams carb and 1 gram sugar. Helps curb hunger and meet fitness and dietary goals

Quality product that tastes great. I eat at least one a day. I have tried all their flavors and this one is towards the top. As a type 2 diabetic, IQBars are one of the very few I can actually eat within my diet plan.

Delicious!
These are a daily staple in my diet, allowing me to lose weight. They are moist, occasional Salk crystal and macadamia nuts. I’m not a sweets person much but I crave these!

Disappointed in the flavor but it satisfies
It's nutty and a bit crumbly but not dry. I taste chocolate more than caramel which I don't prefer. It's not close to Barebells Cookies & Caramel but unfortunately that bar has a lengthy ingredient list. The protein/brain benefits are solid. It satisfies for awhile. Perfect for snack cravings. Clean ingredients. Wish they'd use organic ingredients and had more protein compared to other bars. Still will be a customer for the other flavors

Good for a low sugar diet
These bars are ok..they are a good choice for people who need to monitor their sugar intake. They tase pretty good but do have an aftertaste because of the stevia ingredient.
