Great ACV!
This brand of ACV plus cayenne pepper does the job. I actually took one pill before meals to split up the larger doses. No side effects whatsoever. Pills are not too large but, if you have issues swallowing pills this might a little trouble.

Really strong
As soon as you open the bottle, whew! I take 3 a day as recommended. It's easy to swallow, but be aware that it has an acidic taste. I've tried other ACV pills, but they've never had a strong smell or taste as this brand. To me, the smell is more like white vinegar than ACV. It doesn't give me heartburn or ACV burps. I take these early in the morning because within 15 minutes, give or less, it makes me go to the bathroom. I haven't seen any weight loss or belly fat loss even though I'm exercising alot, but I will continue to take these as it seems to be stronger than the other brands I've tried.

A light tangy flavor if tasted before you swallow. I am watching my glucose and ketones and found that these are effective to take twenty minutes before my meal.

Try one capsule with food to see how your tummy reacts.
This is my go-to brand, and buy several different items. It is very potent though, & I keep it to one capsule to avoid stomach upset with food.
