I was very excited when I saw this, but unfortunately it was far from my expectations, it is very bitter, I wondered if it was a bad batch. I kinda thought it would be a little tart but to me it wasn’t a sweet tart flavor it was completely bitter. Coming from Italy I think I was looking for something else. I tried to work with it to improve the taste but I ended throwing it all away

Subtract one star as taste needs more orange. The curd is a good consistency. Color is artificial.
