What size (dimensions) is the Artisan Dough Tray?

The outside dimensions of a single tray are 17.5x13x3.5 aprx. I have successfully risen 120~oz of dough in the tray by using the 2nd tray as a lid so the dough had space to rise. This combination is about 7 inches tall. The trays fit into a standard oven for proofing. I will post a picture of the trays in the oven on a review.

Can you purchase a second lid? I would be putting the two trays on separate shelves in my fridge. Thanks

It is a plastic box to keep my dough balls in . my pizza is outside. so you have to keep the the temp warm or cool I rap my box in beach towels or rap black plastic around to get heat from the sun. F m cat I hope this helps.
