I just love this scooter. From the box , it opened right up from its folded position. Only thing I had to do was attach the headlight and the holder for the basket. It was fully charged and ready to go ! The manual is extremely lacking in instructions but easy to figure out. Scooter goes pretty fast so have to adjust the modes to the situation you are driving in. This Scooter is loaded ! Never seen one with brake lights and turn signals . It even has a speedometer, trip meter and odometer. I can't comment on the battery life yet so will have to update later .

I have been looking for a scooter to help with my mobility issues for quite a while and have actually ordered two others that I returned. I decided to try this one. It is very well built and sturdy. It goes quite fast, probably faster than you will need. One other scooter I tried had three speed settings, slow, medium and fast, that you could switch to to get more power. This one does not, you just turn the handle to go faster. I think I prefer the other way. I find this one goes great on paved surfaces but not so great on grass and bumpy surfaces. I was trying it out on grass and it would get stuck if I hit a very big bump. I also discovered that with the two wheels close together in the front, it tends to tip easily if you hit a bump. One thing I like about it is it folds up easily to put in the car and is fairly light for a mobility scooter. All in all, if you keep to paved surfaces, it is excellent and you should be good.

Already put together and battery charged it is great. Very easy for my teenage son to fold up. I love it

It never worked

The unit was simple to assemble until I got to the handle as mine is different from the instruction video. The seller was very responsive to the issue. They also sent me the MSDS and fact sheet when I told them I needed information to be able to travel on plane with scooter. It is easy to operate. The scooter is easy to store as it folds and sits upright like a suitcase. Folding is a breeze (see video).

Bought this for our theme park adventure of Disney, Sea World, and Busch Gardens. Pros: Battery lasted all day! Didn’t even get to half full after all day at theme parks! Loved having 2 baskets to hold all the stuff! Very easy to maneuver and is quite speedy! Lightweight enough for me to pick up and put in car. Cons: Seat is horribly uncomfortable! Its a bike seat, so if you are not comfortable riding a bike, this seat is not for you! Used a couple of towels to try and pad the seat. Brakes…. Used my feet mostly to stop. But also felt like I was more on a buke and so putting my feet sown was a very natural reaction for me. Brake handle had to be pulled all the way and still didnt slow down or stop the scooter very well. Need a slight running start to get up some hills. Overall…… loved having it, worked great for what I need it to. Pros definitely outweighed the cons. Glad i bought it and definitely glad I had it!

Low power on inclines, you need to put it on 3 and get a running start to traverse even less than 9% inclines. Not good on grass. The back cushion is low so the back cross bar hits your back making you uncomfortable. If you travel on inclines and level streets the batterie life is only around 3 hours, and the milage is only about 5 miles. Other than that it is good for level surface travel. Unfolds and folds easily. The battery does get hot while charging. The manufacturer could hire someone that could explain how to assemble the scooter in more concise English for the English countries. I has to use the pictures and guess on the assembly due to poor English instructions. The unit fits in the trunk only taking half of the trunk space. Turns sharply. Feels stable while riding even going across driveways. I did buy a roll of foam to pad the back cushion and cover the cross bar to make it more comfortable for me while riding. I also bought chair covers to slip over the cushions to hold the foam in place and make the scooter more my own. In my opinion the scooter is a good value for the money. If you want an extra battery it is expensive (312.00) with tax Charging a dead battery takes 4 hours and 39 minutes.. Over all it beats paying 3 to 5 thousand or going through insurance for a scooter.

Excellent customer service, fast and acertive. Strong, well designed scooter. Looking forward for many trips to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, cruises, Spain....
