Poles on the bottom keep coming out making the bed fall into the gap.

Donโt waste your money.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Super uncomfortable, ladder is damn near impossible to get up and down, the railing is painful to climb over. And the frame is loud and squeaky and weโve only had it a month. I do not recommend this product at all. Not to mention the assembly of it was hours of confusion.
