I was skeptical about taking these for sleep. But I have to say that I have been shocked about how rested I am and that I am actually able to fall asleep. I do take a dose of melatonin as well but these delicious tablets were the missing piece. They dissolve easily and I have seen zero side effects. So far I have been able to get myself off of a prescription sleep medication. I am a LONG time insomniac usually unable to fall asleep. I am happy to say that several weeks into these I am seeing improvements! Very happy I tried these and they are priceless to me for how much they have helped.

Easy to take since it’s a chewable, has a mild flavor that tastes pretty good— kind of like orange sherbet, and I do feel it gives me a sense of calm and clarity throughout the day. I keep a few in my make-up bag, in a small childproof bottle, and they have held up really well. They don’t have any negative side effects and have only done positive things for my outlook. I used to take the capsules of L-theanine and prefer this melt in your mouth variety. Will purchase again.
