Santa Cruz Paleo Zinc + Copper Caps

I’m really happy with this zinc supplement. It didn’t give me any stomach upset at all, which is a big deal for me because most zinc products tend to be harsh. Great supplement, I like that the caps are openable. I prefer to just eat the powder myself and open up each capsule, consume the powder with fluid and then immediately dispose of the glucose capsule. Do note that the powder itself smells and tastes awful.

Don’t take on an empty stomach or it will make you sick (lesson learned the hard way) other than that lowkey feel more energized and I think my skin looks better
