This really is tasty. It is a quick and handy lunch and is a good substitute for always having a peanut butter sandwich every day. No refrigeration required. Give it a try; it’s worth it.

A great snack if you are on the run. Snack is feeling and will keep you full. Great to take on trips, work, in between running errands. Especially if one is to busy to take a lunch or wants something until mealtime!
