Kosher Sourced, Sugar Free Large Tapioca Pearls 6 oz. stand up resealable freshness pouch! Before adding these pearls to a recipe they must be soaked for at least 2 hours. For Tapioca Pudding Recipe Soak 1/2 cup of tapioca in cold hour for atleast 2 hours. Mix 1 qt. milk and 3/4 cup sugar. Bring to boil. Drain water off tapioca, add tapioca to milk. Cook and stir till tapioca is clear (at least 30 min.) Then combine 3 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 tsp. vanilla. Add to above mixture and bring to a full boil. Makes about 4 quarts. Between that and this being a small business, they have 100% of my support! It is not the large size of typical boba but hey, it works for boba tea, and it's healthy! I will absolutely be purchasing this consistently as it is excellent tapioca!

Our family's Thanksgiving feast always includes a large bowl of Frog Eye Salad which features these delicious tapioca large pearls and, of course, tiny marshmallows and delicious mandarin orange slices, as well as other ingredients that make it seem more like a dessert than a side dish. The little kids love the name and they tease each other about “ewwww! You’re eating a frog eye!”
