Will these stay on going thru a car wash?

Yes, from experience I’ve been thru two car washes now and they stay on fine. The adhesive tape is strong and durable. Haven’t had any issues with them falling off

Will they fit on 2016 jeep grand cherokee limited?

I am not 100% sure i put them on a 2021 grand. I they might have changed the grill in 2017

Will it fit a 2020 overland grand Cherokee?

The grill should be the same. Not a 100% sure
