My stomach and I love it
I have colitis and a very sensitive stomach. Garlic and onion trigger a flare for me so I’ve had to avoid it. I was so happy to find this! I’ve been able to make spaghetti again! I also use this as a pizza sauce and my stomach does great with it! It’s so nice to be able to have my favorite foods again. I will always keep this on hand.

This sauce is a dietary game-changer!
Ok, unbelievable! I was just diagnosed with S1 Non-Alcoholic SteatoHepatitis ( NASH ) and my dietary requirements have RADICALLY changed. Low FODMAP, very low fat, gluten free and dairy free is the name of the game for me now. Since I and family LOVE spaghettis and pastas I thought this would be game-over for us, AND ME! Nope, got news for you! Found this absolutely amazing sauce, soooo, along with a good gluten free pasta ( Barilla makes a superb one), sautéed mushrooms and a good shaved Parmesano-reggiano and VOILA…EATING YUMMY IS BACK! Geez, homemade lasagna, ravioli , it’s all back! Try this sauce, and even if you’re NOT diet-restrictive, you’ll truly be amazed, I promise you! My best to you friends, Mark

Wonderful stuff!
If you have a problem with Fod-Map foods, this stuff is great! I had pasta with sauce without upset stomach for the first time ever! I used special pasta made of rice and corn, not wheat. Used this sauce. It has a lighter consistency than regular sauce and also tastes a little on the sweet side and is NOT spicy. Added some air fryer cooked chicken breast and boom! Want to try mini pizza with this sauce next!

Can't Beat The Value For Flavor and FODMOP Friendly
Other low FODMOP tomato sauces can be quite pricey and don't taste any better. Prego's Traditional Sensitive Recipe has a mild flavor that befits from the inclusion of some fresh or dried Italian seasonings. Just don't add garlic and onion, hah. My wife can now eat pasta again after experiencing extreme discomfort after eating regular sauces. She used to love all sorts of tomato-based sauces but a little over a year ago developed FODMOP sensitivities. ~ Kort

Expired item received yet noticed too late for return
Unfortunately, I did not check the expiration date on the two jars I ordered before the return windows closed. I have ordered this product many times since it works for both my husband and my sensitive stomachs. I never dreamed that I would be sent items that expired months before receiving them! Items were received March 12, 2026 yet expiration date was Nov. 2025! Check your expiration dates! Lesson learned!!

Great Flavor
As someone who needs to eat Low FODMAP diet, this is wonderful. First, I can't tell the difference between the regular and this. It was a wonderful flavor and no garlic or onion. Amazing. Goes great with Spaghetti Squash.
