I purchased this product because of my many knee surgeries and joint stiffness. It was starting to become a major problem in my life. So I decided to try the product because of the research that I read about concerning body depletion of Silica. After a few days my joint flexibility and recovery improved. So, what I did was after taken the product for 2-weeks, I stopped to see if my joint flexibility would be compromised or not. After 3-days my joints stiffened and my flexibility started declining. I recently went through a fourth knee surgery. The doctor said that my knee was severely arthritic and that I should consider joint needle shots to deal with the pain. I told the doctor that I was not in any pain nor did I suffer from joint stiffness, I did not tell the doctor that since taking Super Silica that I don't suffer from what they said I should be suffering from because they don't believe in such products, they only believe in their prescribed products of confidence. I am very pleased so far with the results even to the point that my son started having elbow problems and I gave him a bottle and after a few days his pain and stiffness went away and he has gone back to fully playing basketball and baseball with no joint problems.

I would give up many items in my budget before I would give up purchasing Super Silica. I have taken it for over 3 years & I notice much less hair loss; my nails grow fast & strong, not brittle. My biggest victory, I am rarely dizzy which I started out being often dizzy. Before Super Silica, I was always concerned about rising after sitting for a long period of time for fear my balance would take me down. I am always cautious, however, I can vouch being dizzy is now a rare, rare happening for me. I drink the recommended amount daily in my ice water & now find drinking water without it is not as satisfying a taste - I like the added tangy taste. All the benefits did not start overnight, however, fast enough I stayed the course. Like I said I would give up many things before I ever give up SS. I have since added Cell Power to my water when I reach full dosage of the SS. Do the research - we all desperately need minerals in our diet. Cell Power balances the PH in our body. I discovered both through a program obout Health on our local AM Radio station. What was said about both minerals made absolute sense & they were right.

This product if taken daily in water, improves nail health. My nails grew so long and strong! I haven't been dosing with it lately. I don't notice a taste to it but you just drop it into your water, it is a liquid.

I have been taking Super Silica for many years, to keep my lower back strong, after having a Lumbar Laminectomy. I take it every morning and after a workout. I am so thankful that my local healthfood store, recommended it. It also, gives my skin a beautiful glow!

Silica is one of my daily supplements. I take it for hair, nail and bone health. My hair started falling out after using Retinol and so I purchased the silica to offset the problem. It did just that and my nails have hardened up and grow like crazy. The flavor seems bitter, but I mix it with my first glass of water every morning and the flavor is indistinguishable. I take it once a day and that's it. Very simple. I haven't noticed any pain relief, but I'm not taking it for that reason. If you ask me, I think that the price is outrageous, but a bottle does last a long time. I can't speak to the mold problem that someone mentioned in their review, I'm not sensitive to mold. I have osteoporosis, so anything that I can do to help my bones get healthy and stay healthy, I will and Silica is just one element in my journey to do just that.
