Can this product be used with a steam mop?

We would not recommend using this product with a steam mop.

Does it have a polish chemical in it, for example, waxy or other coating that would build up over time? Or is this just 100% pure cleaning chemical.

This product does not contain a polish or anything that will build up over time. It is strictly just a cleaner.

Will this work on unfinished wood floors?

No, this product is not safe for use on unfinished, waxed or oiled wood floors.

How do you recommend it be applied

Remove debris from floor by sweeping or vacuuming. Unscrew cap and remove seal. Test on an inconspicuous area before use. Apply a generous amount of Weiman Hardwood Cleaner directly onto floor. Spread evenly with a clean, damp mop. Allow 10-15 minutes for floor to dry.

Good product!

I used this for my tired old floors and it did a decent job of waking them up. Then I finished them off with the floor polish and they look brand new! Both are great products!

Great on my hardwood!

Love. Love. Love it. My 100-year-old hardwood floors shine without being slick or sticky. The floors do have a coating of clear polyurethane so I'm not sure about using it on unfinished wood. Wouldn't use anything else.

Great product

I have used many things on my floor and this is the best product I have ever used. Floors end up streak free with no white residue. I use the polish also which makes floors look like new. Highly recommend both!
