Fiber how much in one serving.

There is 4g per 1/3 cup ( 1 serving).

Yes, the kosher symbol is on the back of the bag. Circled 'U'.

Everything in moderation!!!

I attempted to replace my basic granola with this as I eat a couple greek yogurt parfaits a day. And this seemed like the healthier option. Tho is delicious- I GAINED WEIGHT within a couple weeks. So as a treat - Recommend. As a daily consumption NOT RECOMMENDED. Very high in fats. Albeit the healthy fats- my belly doesn't seem to differentiate the two. LOL

Favorite yogurt topping.

I put this in yogurt almost everyday. It has a great taste. It's a little on the spendy side, but worth it for the quality.
