Middle thigh, loose fit. I would imagine everyone’s legs are different sizes. Been wearing these for over 10 years, best boxer by far

About 4inches give or take not above that though.

Finally I've found a suitable replacement for my go-to, but now out of production, knit boxer. The legs on these are rather long, but the fit is great. Two minor wants: go tag-less and consider not embroidering the classic pony on the leg. Overall, great product.
