Previously I had narrower tension rods 0.6 inches. These are 0.8 inches. I was worried these might be too wide to fit between the windows and the wood blinds. It was tight, but they fit and the connector isn’t too fat either. I had to use the sticky back holders to keep them up. Working beautifully. I am relieved. I previously had to return 1 inch rods as they were too wide. I do wish sites would post diameter information more prominently.

I needed to put up a Shoji screen for my closet. The extension rod works perfectly! No need to drill holes in the wall and you can remove anytime you want. ☺️

This fried is serving its purpose. But I don't understand why they call it a tension rod. Because there's no spring action in mind. At all, you just twist it to the size you need it to be. There's no like pushing it in a little for it to fit. I don't have any spring tension. I don't understand where they get spring tension rod in the description. It still serves the purpose for lightweight curtains, in my case. Would recommend, easy to assemble, just twist together.

I bought three of these to use in my closet doorways for air drying clothing that I don’t put in the dryer. Seems to be holding up so far, but this is day one, hour one and these clothes are already dry. I’m interested to see how well they hold up when I hang clothing straight out of the washer and still damp. Will update review if anything changes. For the price (inexpensive) they are of good quality. I wasn’t expecting titanium. The fact that the two pieces don’t stay securely attached together was a little annoying at first but not a dealbreaker. Once they are put into place in my doorways it doesn’t really matter. My doorways are 34” wide.

Sturdier for widths up to 30”, wider width wirks but less stable depending on how heavy the curtains are.

As a tension rod, it works well. Description is a bit deceptive, as it is 4 pieces which fit together is different configurations for different lengths. However, it is a tension rod which, when assembled becomes one piece. I needed 47 inches, so am only using 3 of the 4 pieces.

This rod doesn't have enough strength/spring tension/grip to hold much up. Put it in a narrow hall closet and keeps falling down with a winter coat on it.

Disappointed Doesn’t Hold as Promised I had high hopes for this tension rod, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the claims. Despite following all instructions, it keeps slipping down after a short time even with lightweight curtains. The grip pads don’t seem strong enough, and the tension weakens quickly.
