Is this gluten free, I dont see it on the lable since it wont magnify

Our Bayou Cajun Saesoning is formulated without gluten. McCormick® will always declare gluten ingredients on our label in the ingredients statement. Gluten is listed as "wheat", "barley", “rye”, “oats”, “spelt”, “triticale”, “kamut” or any protein containing part thereof and hybridized strains of these grains in our ingredient statements. If no ingredient statement appears on the product label, then the product is as it appears in the product name (e.g. black pepper). Gluten will never be hidden under the notations of "spices" or "natural flavors". We encourage you to read the ingredients statement on your package at the time of purchase to ensure accurate, up to date information. If any product has a Gluten Free claim, the product and the manufacturing line has been validated Gluten Free. ~ Erica

Any chemical, preservatives, genetic modified ingredients / contents in it?

Nearly all products of nature, including spices and herbs, require cleaning before they are consumed.  Irradiation is not a part of our cleaning process for any of our consumer products.  McCormick spices and herbs are cleaned through a proprietary, industry-leading steam technology that is natural and chemical-free.
We are committed to providing our consumers with high-quality products that are safe and wholesome. The majority of our McCormick spices, herbs and extracts have been  labeled non-GMO and the majority of our McCormick Gourmet spice line are certified organic.  While the spice and herb crops we source are not genetically modified, we are introducing this new labeling to help you make informed decisions as you shop.  We have always used on-package communications within our product lines, such as no MSG, No Artificial Flavors, Gluten-Free and now Non-GMO to make it easier to know what’s not in our products at the point of purchase.  
Any McCormick products that contain an ingredient derived from corn, soy, or a crop that has been developed through genetic engineering could contain GMO-derived ingredients given the high percentage of U.S. farmers planting these crops.  ~ Erica
