Lick is screwed up. Ordered 2 and they’re each not user friendly at all. Box works great- just don’t expect to lock and unlock it whenever you want to

A little hard to assemble. Else ok.

This thing is a total pain in the butt to insert the plastic bottom. So any time you have to empty out the tickets, you will struggle to put the bottom back on. It will not click in. We had so much trouble that now the box is cracked in two places, despite us being careful with it. Perhaps it's worth it if you're only using and emptying it once. But we will have to buy a different box for our projects, as this is not suitable for multiple uses.
