Easy healthy ready meal for busy days
Always have a couple of these in the fridge for days when I need a quick meal for my 2 kids. They generally have good dates on them (a couple of weeks) and they are freezable too. Happy to know my kids are eating something healthier than a standard ready meal on the days I cant cook fresh.
