Great value. Easy app to change plans. Clarity on calls and great Internet

I picked up the Mint Unlimited plan when it was 50% off, and it turned out to be a great deal. We used it for family visiting from overseas who stayed with us for about three months, and it worked really well. The data speeds were fast and reliable for everyday use, so there was no need to pay for expensive international roaming. Activation was straightforward, and having a local number made things much more convenient during their stay. Overall, I’d definitely buy it again when it’s on sale.

Mint mobile, is to be fair, one of the best services I have ever seen. As a prepaid service, I have found this to be the best service I have ever had, with easy to use interfaces, simple support, and even better the ability to purchase up to an entire year of service in advance. Now, the service ONLY allows you to purchase, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year of service, which can be a bit unsettling at first; Buy what I have found, now using it for 5 years, is that, paying for the service up front? has been a god send. Need an extra phone for your kid? No problem. Pick up this 3 month plan, slap it into a phone, download the ap, log into the website, and your golden. No seriously... it's just that easy. I have over the last 5 years purchased on 16 different plans for 16 different people. Including employees needing a work phone, my own kids, family members, homeless people needing a cheap phone. You name it. This service is a game changer. For $90, you can set anyone up with a nice, professional quality phone that works nearly anywhere with almost any brand of phone, and secure their service for 3 months, 6 months or an entire year. Mint is a godsend and a game changer. Crazier yet? You can even pre-purchase additional service by placing money into your account "Bank", which the bill will pull from, before withdrawing from your affiliated account. Meaning that you could in theory, pay $3650 into that bank, and have guaranteed unlimited service for 10 YEARS. Think about that. Mint is the best cell phone company in the world, and more people need to switch to it. Once you do, you will not want to change to anything else.

Honestly I can't really give a fair review because I never actually got to use this. technically I did but didn't actually get to enjoy it. I put myself in a bad position I guess and ordered a phone online but I was told the phone was one thing, turns out the IMEI number said it was a different kind of phone so when I went to go activate the SIM card it said it wasn't compatible and it wouldn't work in the phone. When all along the SIM card got activated and sat in the phone that wouldn't work it. So after waiting a extremely long time for my new phone to finally arrive I went to go activate the card and it ran out. this whole process took over 3 months and when I went to see about a refund Amazon said I needed to talk to mint mobile so I contacted mint and they said I need to work it out with Amazon. Mint said Because it's a prepaid plan they are not responsible. And I don't understand why they wouldn't be able to just give me the 3 months back when my summary that they emailed me said nothing got used no minutes no data or anything. And this is all before they had all those promotions so I pay the full 90 bucks for the unlimited 3-month plan and got screwed. I just don't understand the run-around that I was given. honestly I think mint mobiles really responsible, Amazon is just selling their service. If anything I'm trying to ask for a helping hand here or any suggestion as to where I go from here.
