Works for me
I have vaginalopathy. I used to have to put aquafore on my national area every day until I found this balm. I wasn't expecting much from this but I've gotten so much relief from the itching and dryness. I only have apply it once a day and it keeps me moisturized all day. It's not a cure or absolute but it has made a huge difference for me. I no longer feel like I'm packing around a desert. I will continue to use this as long as it keeps working. I've used it a couple of weeks now.

Stings
I don't get it. It stings. It's really hard. Are you supposed to use it like a deodorant? Don't throw your money away. Use Chap Stick Classic instead. It really works.

Keeps area moisturized and protected, reduces itching and burning.
It helps with moisturizing the area and provides a film to protect skin so it can heal. It did take about a week before I noticed the uncomfortable symptoms have been reduced. I use it more than once per day as necessary.

Short temporary relief
It does provide some temporary relief from burning itch but not a whole day. The balm is difficult to dispense on sensitive tissue. Does not spread easily even on my finger. I prefer it to be more spreadable.

Won't buy again.
It has a soothing feel, initially. Unfortunately it left a strange "residue" later in the day as it doesn't absorb into the flesh, but pills instead. I don't think it's hygienic, tried rinsing and wiping the applicator. But can't stop thinking it's not enough.

Too dense, too hard
Balm does not spread easily. When skin is irritated, the last thing you need is to have to rub and rub and rub it on. I tried applying it to the palm of my hand first, then to the โ down thereโ area. But no matter how much I rubbed it on my hand, not much transferred. Less dense would be so much better. It should be the consistency of lip balm. Instead itโs like a dry bar of soap. I would not recommend using this if you are suffering from vaginal atrophy or any other skin sensitivity problems.

Great product. Very moisturizing. Quality as it has mostly aloe for an ingredient. Scent negligible. Low priced!
