The grinder in my 20 year old Saeco Royale Professional (grind and brew all in one unit) machine was really acting up, it was a struggle to get the burr grinder to grind any beans unless on the largest grind setting. Often that would not work until I had done 2-4 grinding cycles, enough to fill the tamper. I have cleaned the grinder a couple of times (vacuumed it) but I had never done anything with the burrs themselves.I just happened to stumble on this product (thank you James Hoffman!) and it worked a miracle! I ran two cupfuls through the grinder, added the same beans that were giving me trouble back into the hopper and the grinder worked like new. AMAZING!I thought I was going to have to replace the whole grinding unit but this product, so far, has fixed the issue. I wish I had known about it years ago, it’s well worth the money. 👍👍I also noticed the coffee now tastes noticeably less bitter, bonus!Note: this is the purple bottle, designed for this type of all in one machine. Do NOT use the yellow bottle in this type of machine, it could break it.
