Q: MADE IN USA. Why not SAY that on product. I've stopped buying anything without that made clear.

The picture of the tub clearly shows "Produced in Buffalo, New York, USA", with stars and stripes. Unfortunately, law allows items that have a majority percent of the product made in USA, to still be labeled "Made in USA" (51% USA, 49% China, for example). Don't quote me on those percentages though, I'm not a lawyer, it's just an example. Where a product is made is not MY number one concern, I put trust in the company and value of the product above country of origin. In the past, I've bought US made products online from no-name companies that turned out to be complete crap. On the other hand, 100% of Apple's products are made 100% in China, yet Apple remains one of America's top brands. I wonder how many people answering/commenting on this question own an "I something or other"? I don't- and never will, unless Apple lowers their prices to align with other top brands that sell 100% China made products like Samsung, Dell, Kindle, etc.

Wheat flour and sugar are in the top three ingredients. These are JUNK.

3240 kcal/kg; 10 kcal/biscuit = 324 biscuits/kg. 40 oz = 1.134 kg. 324 * 1.134 = ***367 biscuits per 40 oz container***

Q: Are these crunchy or soft so I can use them as training treats?

Crunchy. I still crumbled them in my hand into smaller bits so I could use them as training treats.
