Could be considered for Platelets but, not Ideal for Sensitive Stomachs
I got this for my mother, as she often struggles with low platelet count, and it did help with that issue to some extent (if you take care of your diet and nutrient intake along with it). However, for anyone suffering from heartburn, severe gastritis or in general have a sensitive stomach, it's important to be careful when taking this on an empty stomach.

Excellent Product
I find the product really good and helpful for me. No idea about blood platelate count actually increases or not but it really helped me for my digestion problem. If taste less bitter than home made papaya leaf juiceas i found, may be due to dilution which is not mentioned in the bottle. overall recommended for digestive issue and skin glow.
