Took a long time to dry. I thought using these stencils/ stickers with Hena would give good results and faster color. Especially when the darkest color black looks brown anyway. After letting it dry for the whole time also I didn’t get a tattoo like color. I thought this was similar to the tattoo ink they use on Goa beaches: which remained dark and intact for several weeks. Black was dark brown after drying.. other 2 red and brown were even bigger disappointments. I was disappointed with the size of the bottles for the quoted cost as well. In short it was tedious cos of the long wait to dry. And the final color on skin was not as per the expected color. And the quantity is low. So one can do about 10-12 times only

I was on the swim team, so that was a factor, but the stain washed off after an hour in the pool, and faded a lot in the shower. It's not very waterproof

The item itself is ok but takes a very long time to dry . The stencils leech so it’s not a clear image , but this might be that it takes a very long time to dry. No kid (very rare) will want to sit and hour for it to fully dry. All colors look similar and they come off after 2 days

(Photo: this was just a test patch to see if I'm allergic) I've never used Henna before so I was reading reviews and trying to decide what to get. Many reviews talk about the squeeze bottles being easier than the traditional cones, which is why I purchased this kit.... Although I have no experience, I did not find the TINY bottles to be easy at all. In fact, I found them very difficult to have to pinch between your fingers. It's hard to pull a line when the bottle is SO SMALL! I ordered the cones instead. Even though I haven't tried them yet, the fact that it holds more like a pencil in your hand seems far easier than these squeeze bottles. I imagine that squeeze bottles might be easier if they were significantly bigger. But these are so much smaller than I expected. I'm giving 4 stars because that was my fault, not realizing how small they were. I suppose that the henna, itself, did what Henna was supposed to do, but this little kit is not as easy as it looks. Comparing price to several other brands of cones out there, I think the price is too much for what this is also.

Jagua Gel can only be a blackish blue color depending on the skin, while this is a thinner liquid and closer to a gel substance than henna, it shows up more like henna. I got the 3 color pack of black, red, and brown. What you see is the before and after I washed away the dried bits. It stains more of a dark brown than an actual black in bigger areas, unsure if this will get darker in a few days like real jagua gel. It definitely works as a temporary tattoo. I used the red as shading for the black and it seems to have turned out well. As long as you understand the colors that the ink stains your skin, you can still do pretty cool stuff with it. Note: The colors you see that I used are only the black and red. The brown is very light and is much like a light birthmark color on the skin. Black tends to stain dark brown and the red tends to stain like a lighter reddish brown.
