Added power for my device
I bought this adapter to use with a portable power station that came with an Ac adapter but its only 12v 3a and max watt input was only 36. This adapter allowed me to charge my station at 75 watts and that was a big difference in charge time. I was able to use this adapter with something that could handle 12v to 28v so make sure its compatible with the device your planning on using it with and dont use on anything that requires more than 3 amps.
