The product meets my expectations.

This is so much nicer than my old TENS unit. It has a very wide variety of modes and intensities that really exceeded my expectations. My old TENS unit only had TENS settings for pain relief but this one also has EMS for muscle strengthening and rehabilitation as well as massage functions. It is pretty simple to operate and the on-screen graphics make it very easy to choose the appropriate settings for your needs. It is very easy to recharge with standard USB-C cable. They also included a storage bag to help keep all of the parts together. The overall size is compact and easy to carry in a gym bag or purse. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

Very intense on the higher settings. It does do its job, but if your sensitive, this model isn't for you, for those who don't mind the intense feeling that hits you it's wonderful. Maybe manufacturers should make it a tad bit softer, in saying this , it's still a good pain management device and battery blast for over 24 hours on continuous use. Something I also found out , it's sweat and waterproof. Worth the low price investment if your looking for a pain management device.

I picked this up a few weeks ago and have been using it almost daily, but honestly it hasn’t lived up to the glowing reviews. While it does help a little with my shoulder and lower back pain, the relief is minor and short-lived. The 28 different modes sound impressive, but most feel repetitive and gimmicky — after trying them out, only a couple seem even remotely useful. The upgraded color screen is bright, but the interface feels clunky and not as intuitive as I expected. The electrode pads stick at first, but they start losing grip pretty quickly, and having to keep adjusting them is frustrating. The dual channel function is supposed to be a “game changer,” but in practice it’s awkward to manage. It’s compact and charges via USB, which is nice, but overall the device feels more like a travel gadget than a serious therapy tool. For the price, I expected something far more effective and durable.

This EMS muscle stimulator is fantastic! The 28 modes offer great variety for pain relief and muscle recovery. I love the upgraded color screen—it's clear and easy to use. The dual channels let me target two areas at once, and the 8 electrode pads are high quality and reusable. It’s been a huge help for my shoulder and back pain. Compact, powerful, and easy to operate. A great investment for home therapy. Highly recommended!

Included electrodes not really great. Feel old due to lack of stickiness. Buttons are a pain, have to push super hard to get them to click. Will try with other pads but can't give a quality review of the actual product without quality ones.
