I’ve had this microwave for about 2 years now and I’m still really happy with it. I use it pretty much every day because I’m useless at cooking, so it’s honestly saved me more times than I’d like to admit 😂It feels really solid and well made, and after 2 years I haven’t had any faults or issues with it at all. It heats food evenly, the turntable works exactly as it should and it’s noticeably quieter than some older microwaves I’ve used.The deodorisation setting is one of those features I didn’t think I’d care about, but I actually use it quite a lot. It genuinely helps after heating anything with a strong smell.The black finish still looks smart and modern in the kitchen and the ceramic interior is easy to wipe clean. The controls take a little bit of getting used to because there are quite a few functions, but once you know the buttons it’s straightforward enough.One small downside is that the door is quite dark, so you can’t see inside particularly well while it’s running, but that’s never really bothered me.Considering how often I use it, the fact it’s still working perfectly after 2 years says a lot about the quality. I’d happily buy the same one again.

The fundamental consideration for us was budget — money is tight, and our old Panasonic microwave had packed up suddenly. It was bulky, heavy, and expensive to replace like for like. I asked AI to suggest the best option for our needs, and this one came out as the clear winner!This microwave is excellent value when you consider the following:It’s a good size (fits better in the space) and is much lighter to move than our old one.It looks very smart and is easy to clean.We’ve had no issues at all with its performance.However, after reading some of the reviews, I do agree with the comments about ease of use. The instructions aren’t very clear, and it’s odd that you can’t just input the exact cooking time. It took us a few days to work out the best way around this. Like many others, we haven’t really used the preset functions, but the 30-second reheat feature is brilliant — perfect for half a large cup of coffee! I also like that it beeps to remind you your drink (or food) is ready.We prefer the pull-handle door, and although you can’t see through the opaque black front to check if something’s melting, this doesn’t bother us.Amazon’s customer service was excellent — delivery was quick, packaging secure, and the microwave arrived in perfect condition. We didn’t get the expected five-month interest-free option because we used a gift card for part of the payment, but Amazon kindly gave us a 10% refund, which I really appreciated.Overall, this microwave is stylish, quite compact, great value, and works exactly as we need it to. When you take the price and features into account, it really does deserve 5⭐ — we’re very happy with it.

Pros: First of all it looks great, the design is very modern and sleek. It is a market leader brand.The interior is ceramic which is a nice touch.I like the 24hr clock on the screen and once I figured out the different settings, it has quite a few useful functions.It seems to work fine, and it rotates as it should, I only really use it for packet rice etc and defrosting, I’ve not tried defrosting yet and will post an edit when I do.It is faster than my previous model which was a 10 year old 700w Russell Hobbs, as this is 800w and that’s a noticeable difference.It’s quieter than my previous model.Cons: you can barely see through the door, which other people have mentioned too, but to be honest this doesn’t bother me too much. I can see something turning in there vaguely if I turn the kitchen lights off haha.The paper instructions provided are very basic, but if you register the device on Samsung online by scanning QR code on top then there is a much more thorough online manual. That said, the instructions are far more complicated than they need to be, I could probably work out the controls of an Airbus A320 quicker.Another thing, it gets very warm (almost hot) to the touch on the exterior sides and top when in use for over 10 mins, I did some research and apparently this can be normal with microwaves depending on the model so nothing to worry about.Only has a 1 year warranty.All in all, I like it as it does what I need it for and looks great. Also I got it for £80 which isn’t bad.EDIT: Defrost function wasn’t that good, the ‘poultry 300g’ was only a 2 minute duration and that wasn’t enough to defrost the chicken breasts. I put it on again but then it started to cook slightly on the edges, I mean maybe I need to trial and error a bit.

Works as expected. This was a replacement for a similar model that had stopped working. It's updated since the rotary dial days. Easy to set the clock, easy to use. You can do all sorts with it if you wanted, but we tend to just use it to reheat food or milk. Ceramic inside making it easy to clean. Looks great.The turntable inside holds a large dinner plate. It's tall enough for a large jug. We've had it about a month now, and have not complains or concerns.We really like to single button 30 second cook feature. Put something in, close the door, press start and off it goes for 30 seconds. Or press it a few times and the timer increases by 30 seconds each press. Easy and simple.We wanted a microwave and this is what it is. No grill or airfryer dual role.

So purchased this Samsung microwave after quite a bit of research. We were looking for a reliable well made microwave for home. So far this has been excellent. Very easy set up had no issues with burning overcooking items. The interior is very easy to clean due to the internal coating. We love the low energy sleep level, which is done with a touch of the stop button. But the moment you open the door or touch any controls it’s back on ready to go.Seems very robust and well made shuts with a lovely solid clunk. Great value for money. It is so easy to use. Cooks and heats evenly no scorched burnt bits so far. Highly recommended item.

Very very easy to set up, heavy so should be good quality, Samsung usually is. Great value for money. Comprehensive use menu cover most eventualities.

Good microwave but window too dark so you can’t see the food not great for things like scrambled eggs

Dont buy. 100% old stock and for my item purchased on 13 Aug 2025, upon registration with Samsung.com, saw that the warranty expired on 31 July 2024. Very very disappointing.Product wise its smaller than expected and dark on the inside.
