Can you hang a clothes hanger from these hooks?

YES U CAN, hangers for clothes, and to hang cords on wide-brim outdoor hats...

how much weight can each hook hold?

I don't believe they gave a weight rating but I'm going to limit mine to 5-6 pounds per hook to be safe.

A necessity if you drive in the city! This helps my bag not fall off my seat everyday. It’s very neat looking so it looks nice and you can barely tell it’s there. Very easy to use and you can hook it anywhere in your car.
