Works great - great value
Works great and easy to install Replaced some worn out old Kiddie models that were starting to act flaky The quality is great and bright and white Easy to install and battery backup is already installed just remove the plastic pull job

Easy installation
Bought these to help a friend replace her old ones. They were easy to connect (both plugged in and hard wired). I was happy to find te batteries were included. The price was great for a pack. I’d buy them again if needed.

Great Detector
Great product. Replaced my 10 year old ones that were expired. The same wire worked with the new ones. They were the same brand so this is probably why the wire swapped over. Just unplugged and plugged the new ones in. Pretty easy. I did have to swap the bracket that held the detector. The new one may have been slightly smaller. This was only 2 screws to loosen amd retighten.

Good replacement
Easy replacement for my 20 year older model First Alert smoke detectors which are no longer available. When the older model started to fail is when I found out I should have replaced it 10 years ago. Very sturdy and reliable so far and no issues with replacing batteries.

Replaced 20 year old version
I had hardwired alarms installed in my house and they started to go bad after 20+ years. I called First alert to see if they still made a compatible model. The recommended this model and I purchased six of them. I was astonished how easy they were to change and had all of them installed in less than half an hour. The green light is very dim and not a nuisance in a dark room. The alarm is loud enough to wake anybody at night. They have not gone off yet but so far they are a winner.

Well worth the money and peace of mind
These work very well as installed and tested by our local fire department. Replaced 25 year old ones with great relief!

Perfect fit
I purchased these to replace the ones I had installed 24 years ago. Those finally stop working, I called the manufacturer to make sure I was getting the proper replacement model. These went in flawlessly they also came with harness wires but they were not needed.
