This stuff is amazing. You need to read the instructions, then read the instructions again, then read again during each part of the process to reinforce. This will save you any tears. I did not have the shampoos they suggest, I just used a cleansing shampoo that I had. Also, make sure you set aside the amount of time you need. I have years of dyed shoulder length hair and was able to do 2 treatments. I have naturally very dry hair and this caused zero damage, even doing the 2 treatments back-to-back. In recent years, I have bleached my hair and lived with pink, lavender, mauve and magenta shades... non-stop. My hair, naturally was dark brown with heavy red and gold undertones... and now with with a ton of grey, silver and white. I set my expectations realistically... this was going to strip my hair back to that 'orange' colour. My expectations were met and I was more than fine with that. Some of these reviews, people are being unrealistic and blaming the product. It's not them, it's you. After doing the strand test with bottle 3, you MUST do this, it literally take 2-3minutes I made the decision to do the process again (you can do this as many times as you want, as long as you have the product). My expectation was that it would clean up the orange a bit but it would still be orange. My expectations were met. You can re-dye it after 40 minutes. I chose to wait a day. Definitely purchasing again. I am prepping myself for diving into greys, silvers and white hair. You reach a point where dying your hair to keep up with age loses its shine.

Edit : j ai du renouveler 4 fois l opération avec 2 boîtes pour obtenir le résultat voulu. Mes pointes restent légèrement plus foncé que le reste mais c est assez discret. Des la première application le changement était là mais j ai préféré faire plusieurs applications et c’était mieux à chaque fois. Je fais des hennés châtain noisette ( résultat châtain très très foncés ) marque khadi depuis 13 ans. Depuis 2 ans que je tente de faire dégorger mon henné car j ai les cheveux longs et ne veut pas les couper. J avais déjà essayé les masques lait de coco cannelle miel vodka etc…très léger changement trop léger. J avais essayé aussi 2 fois le B4…RIEN. Cette fois ci j ai testé ce produit après avoir vu un avant/après réussi d’une youtubeuse. J’ai suivi son tuto à elle c est a dire qu après avoir mélangé le produit 1 et 2 ( la pose doit être rapide pour la réussite finale ) j ai laissé poser 3h sous un casque électrique chauffant (que J utilise pour mes masques cheveux souvent ). LA CHALEUR C EST LE SECRET. Puis 4 shampoing et eau très chaude. À la fin J ai fait le test de la mèche cheveu et la mèche semblait pareille. Je pensais que ça n avait pas du tout fonctionné donc j ai séché mes cheveux en attente d une future autre tentative. Au final une fois sec j ai constaté que ça avait parfaitement fonctionné mais pas uniformément je n avais pas du appliquer le produit correctement de partout. En tout cas sur les mèches mieux imprégnées j ai retrouvé ma couleur naturelle. 13 ans que je n avais plus vu ma couleur naturelle !! C’est fabuleux pour la première fois j ai trouvé un produit qui enlève l’indigo ! Comme je n’avais utilisé que la moitié de chaque flacon je vais finir le reste pour uniformiser la chevelure et rattraper les mèches manquées. J’espère que mon avis sera utile à quelqu’un.

vom Friseurbesuch dunkelbraun bis schwarz gefärbte Haare, Ausgangshaarfarbe blond. Ich wollte nur eine Nuance dunkler, aber das war zu dunkel, ich konnte noch nicht mal mehr in den Spiegel gucken. DeColor Time Haarentfärbungssystem hat die dunkle Farbe entfernt, nun habe ich mein blond wieder zurück und bin glücklich. Artikel ist zu empfehlen, vor allem sehr schneller Versand über Amazon!!
