Good quality meats; enjoyed the recipe
My wife and I got the bone broth box and overall we're quite pleased. Came as expected (expect some packaging to keep meats frozen) - got the whole family involved. Roasted hind shank got eaten by my 11-year-old and the dogs each got a marrow bone in the process. Recipe included allowed for using our slow cooker. Kitchen smelled great as we roasted the meats in stages! Looking forward to using the broth for braising beef ribs. yum.
